About the Position: As a Walletway support assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience on our platform. You will be the main point of contact between the company and users, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to user inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding users step-by-step, or escalating to the technical team as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all user interactions and updating the knowledge base with solutions and frequently asked questions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and continuously improve support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues clearly and effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Passion for helping others and enthusiasm for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
