      • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, nationality, or disability.
      • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with our Content Standards.

We recommend that you choose a strong and unique password for your account and activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We shall not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, with or without your consent.
  4. Deposits and Withdrawals:
    • WalletWay offers monthly deposits and withdrawals without fees. However, please note that transaction fees may apply to certain operations, and such fees will be clearly indicated before any transaction is completed. You are responsible for all fees associated with using WalletWay services.
  5. User Responsibility:
    • You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your WalletWay account and agree to indemnify and hold WalletWay and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to:
      • Your access or use of WalletWay.
      • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
      • Your user content.
      • Your violation of third-party rights, including, without limitation, any property or privacy rights.
  6. Changes to the Terms:
    • WalletWay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The revised version shall take effect immediately upon publication on WalletWay, and your continued use of the services after publication shall constitute acceptance of the revisions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may discontinue using the services.

    • WalletWay may terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if your user behavior is deemed harmful to the platform.
